San Jose Named #1 City to Work in
San Jose is the best place in the country to work in, according to a ranking of the nation’s cities by online career site CareerBliss.com.
The company said its ranking was based on reviews from employees on eight workplace happiness factors: growth opportunities, compensation, benefits, work-life balance, career advancement, senior management, job security and whether the employee would recommend their company to others.
Workers were asked to rank each factor from one to five regarding how important that element was to their overall happiness. An average rating was then deduced on overall workplace happiness for each city.

The reason I would like to know where you are located is because a woman’s bible study friend is mentoring a struggling young woman with three young children who is living in a tiny downtown San Jose apartment. The woman has expressed a need to connect with God and wants to find a church for herself and her little family. My friend heard your sermon at SFC and she feels your church might be just the place for the young woman. I promised her I would try to find you.
