What’s the number 1 way to become a better leader?

Answer: Love people.

People won’t follow you (for any significant period of time) unless they know you care about them.

Is there more to leadership than this? Yes. Vision is critical. Clarity is critical. Humility is critical. Team is critical. Strategy is critical. On and on I could go. But my bet is that the most strategic thing you can do this year as a leader is to better love people.

Leaders love.
