Contemplation Gets Dangerous When Jesus Isn't at the Center

My wife is the secret behind everything I do. Taylor helps me so much. Her encouragement, support, laughter, wisdom, and correction play a huge role in my life.Last night I was talking to Taylor about some things that were troubling me. My mind was racing with a ton of different thoughts and problems. Taylor knows this is a problem of mine, I over-think things. Taylor listened for a bit, then she spoke a sentence that really helped me and that will really help those of you who also find yourself over-thinking things:

Justin, don't spend a lot of time in contemplation unless you're contemplating Jesus.
