Simple Bible Reading Plan

We created a simple Bible reading plan for 2013 for Garden City Church that you might enjoy. Below is the email I sent our church today explaining the plan.*Update, Here is the download link: Bible Reading Plan 2013Garden City,Happy New Year!At the start of this new year I want to encourage all of us to have a plan for regularly reading, meditating on, and obeying God's Word. Attached is a simple Bible reading plan* we've put together for the church that I'll be following this year and that I recommend to all of you. This plan allows you to select from 3 different reading tracts:1) New Testament only (1 chapter a day, 5 days a week)2) Old Testament only (3 chapters a day, 6 days a week)3) A combination of tract 1 & 2As you read the Bible this year, ask yourself two questions: 1) What is God saying to me? 2) What am I going to do about it? We want to be a church that listens to God and acts on what he says.I'm looking forward to worshiping with all of you this Sunday, the first Sunday of the new year! Take advantage of the month of January--this is a great time of year to invite people to come and visit your church.With excitement,Justin*Note: Weeks on the Bible reading plan begin on Sundays. Today is Tuesday. You may combine Sunday-Tuesday of Week 1 to start this week.
